100% Payment upfront (through Paypal invoice)

Payment must be made within 72 hours (3 days) after receiving the invoice or the commission will be canceled.

You will receive a full refund only if I cannot start the commission or you cancel the commission before I begin.

A half refund will be given if the commission is canceled before the lining/coloring stage begins. This does not apply to sketch commissions.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason.

If I do not recieve any communication from you for three months, the commission will not be completed further and there will be no refund.

Please fill out the Google form on the "Order Form" page to request a commission (If commissions are open).

If accepted, I will send you an invoice. Once paid, I will start on the commission.

You will receive a preview after the sketch stage for revisions.

Larger revisions will only be accepted in the sketch stage (adjusted poses, different outfit, etc). Once Lineart/coloring is started, only minor revisions will be accepted (such as minor details or color adjustments).

After revisions, I will complete the piece and show a preview for any minor revisions. Minor revisions are available for sketch commissions before the final sketch is delivered.

Once complete, I will send you the full PNG file. (All files will have my watermark on the bottom right.)

After the commission is completed and delivered, no more revisions will be accepted. Any adjustments made by the client or third parties are not my responsibility.

I will get the commission done as soon as possible. Commissions will most likely be done within a couple of weeks/months depending on my schedule. I will inform you of any large delays.

I do NOT accept deadlines. (This is because I'm usually busy and/or resting my wrists, as they get sore quickly).

Commissions are not necessarily first come, first serve.

Any commission request not sent in by the Google Form will not be considered. (This is so I can keep things as organized as possible)

All commissions are personal use only (Including printing them for only yourself, using them for phone/pc wallpapers or profile pictures, etc).

You may NOT use my artwork for commercial purposes of any kind, AI training, or NFTs.

The artwork will still belong to me and I reserve the right to use it for social media, portfolios, etc. Do NOT claim it as your own work.

Please provide visual references of the characters you want drawn. Colored references preferred. Word-only descriptions and AI-generated images will not be accepted as references.

Please try to limit fanarts to fandoms that I am familiar with. Feel free to ask if you are unsure.

You MAY post the commission to your social media, however credit is required. Please put a direct link to one of my social media (Twitter, Instagram, etc.) or my main carrd somewhere in the post.

You may request that I do not upload your commission to my social media or to remain anonymous.

Layered files (SAI, PSD, etc.) will not be available to send.
